On a small, steep plot, the house sits along the natural slope of the land. From the street it reads as a discreet, neighborhood-scale cottage.

On entering, the volume reveals itself gradually — the house "grows" on the eye, with a striking lateral façade marked by stone volumes and a roof less conventional than first imagined from the street.

Three stone blocks organize the program: living area and barbecue; master suite; guest suite. Above the private blocks, a rooftop with sea views and an open-air cinema.
