On a site with over 200 native carnaúba palms, the project was placed without removing a single tree.

Respecting the natural profile of the land, the suites were distributed through the palm grove, linked by elevated paths and deck bridges. Social pavilions occupied the only plateaus free of native vegetation, receiving two majestic timber-and-thatch roofs.

The region's peculiar climate shaped a design grounded in the wind routes and solar path. Rammed earth — compacted earth within timber forms — produces durable walls with excellent thermal insulation; woodframe, lined with OSB sheets, contributes an internal air cushion that adds further thermal comfort.
